Jason was very helpful. He had come to take a look at our furnace because it wasn’t working properly. He had put a new filter in, fixed the low-pressure problem within the furnace, and even installed a new thermostat. Air Excellence was notified last night/first thing this morning & had shown up by 9:15 am this morning. Got the job done quickly, and efficiently. Would recommend it to anyone! Thank you again, Jason, for saving our winter.

Purchased an air conditioner unit in the spring of 2016. The technician was very friendly and informative. Helped us understand how the system worked. After installation, we had nice cool air for about a week and the on/off switch on the outside had shorted out pretty bad. The same tech came out the same day, replaced the faulty equipment, and it has been going strong for the last two years. We were happy with our service.
